The world renowned Earth Runnins� Café and Bukut Bar has appeared in many travel magazines and Belize travel guide books since its opening in 2001. The property is a garden oasis in the middle of Punta Gorda town, with a two story structure built by the business founder and owner, who is also an experienced carpenter. The first story is cement and the second story was built from local wood.

The Café, Bar and kitchen are downstairs, all with tiled floors that extend outside onto a large tiled patio. The upstairs is a 3 bedroom living space with a large bathroom. Two of the bedrooms lead to a sweeping wooden balcony. All floors on the upper level are hardwood except for the bathroom which is tiled. The building dimension is approx. 30�x40� and has a sizeable front yard space and small backyard space where we do gardening of spice or select items for the kitchen like fresh basil etc. for our pesto and spinach for our salads.

The garden surrounding the business and home creates a beautiful tropical atmosphere, which feels connected to the natural and cultural environment, with over 2 dozen species of native plants. Plants surrounding the Café include a cacao tree that is over 50 years old, lime, avocado and breadfruit trees, as well as local spinach. All these make their way into the kitchen, when in season, and will grace your visitors� plates.

At first glance you can tell that the bar is something special and creates a natural ambiance in the Café. The rustic look was crafted from a ton of local Rosewood leaving the bark and natural curves and edges of the tree in all their glory, accentuated only with stain and varnish. The Earth Runnins� Café is located just a few blocks from the sea and is famous for its fresh fish, caught and prepared daily.

The price includes the building and the land. This price does NOT include the business name. The business name, which is registered under the Companies Act and all its components can be negotiated and purchased in addition.
